Dr. Bartusiak and his staff have redeemed my faith in dentistry. It goes beyond being the cleanest office I've ever seen. It's more than the fact of having the happiest and most helpful staff. It's the care that he, and all of his staff, put into every patient. My children adore Dr. Bob and the whole crew! No fights getting them through the door. He has calmed the lifelong fears I've had of dentists. His recent 'fixing' of my front teeth went beyond anything I imagined. My teeth didn't look like I picked them out of a catalog. They looked like mine. It brought me to tears that he made them look just as they did before I met him. That is more than talent. That is putting all his care into every patient. I can't thank Dr. Bartusiak and his staff for not just restoring my teeth, but my self-confidence as well. For those, and so many other reasons, Dr. Bartusiak and his staff are priceless. I have had long term issues with a set of four teeth that had been susceptible to infection. Dr. Bartusiak has been my dentist for years. He was aware of these issues and closely monitored the status of these teeth over the years. Recently, one of the teeth became infected. This required extraction of the infected tooth and replacement of the existing crowns. Dr. Bartusiak recommended an excellent course of action for extracting the tooth, making a temporary bridge, and replacing the existing crowns with a permanent bridge. The well planned and executed process spanned several weeks and was well coordinated. The final steps included making a final impression for the permanent bridge. The results were outstanding. I am very pleased with the fit of the permanent bridge and the cosmetic appearance. Overall this was an excellent experience and I highly recommend Dr. Bartusiak for dental services and especially for crowns, bridges, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Robert A. Bartusiak and his excellent staff do a wonderful job for all of your basic dental needs, cleanings, fillings, crowns, etc. However, Dr. Bartusiak is exceptional if you have Cosmetic Dentistry needs. Dr. Bob has again fixed my smile and given me back my confidence. I cannot tell you how hard it is to find a dentist with the skill and kindness he has that I can trust elsewhere. Perfect Fit Every Time: Did you ever come from a dentist after your procedure feeling that your bite just wasn't quite right? Even after the Novocain wears off the alignment still wasn't there. I have had fillings replaced as well as complex bridgework and the results have been the same... A Perfect Fit Every Time. I highly recommend Dr. Bartusiak's practice for all your dental needs. He is competent, professional, and always has a pleasant attitude. I had a cracked tooth that was causing me a lot of pain, so much I could not sleep, so I called him at 11:30pm one night. He answered my phone call, recommended what medication to take, and he followed up with me via phone calls on a Saturday. He has a pleasant and very nice office staff, and they squeezed me into the schedule whenever I had an emergency or immediate need. Miracles can happen! I went to Dr. Bartusiak for an opinion on fixing my existing crowns in April 2016. Repair was not an option, so I agreed to proceed with 14 new crowns. The lower crowns were not necessary but would make a difference. The temporary crowns were complete for Memorial Day weekend as I celebrated my 50th class reunion in Michigan. The complete process took place over the next few months and spaced out so that I could adjust. Today, I have my new crowns, identical to my permanent teeth and I could not be more grateful and excited about my new look. Thank you Dr. Bob for taking your days off to fit me in. My statement to you is that you, as my new dentist, are over the top with skill, chair-side manners, and a staff that is so accommodating. As a patient of Dr. Bartusiak since 2002, I continue to come back because of the care and professionalism I experience every time I visit. The staff is very friendly, upbeat and positive, which immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Bartusiak has a wonderful 'bedside manner' and while you are in the chair he verbally affirms and updates you on the progress he is making so you can relax even further. When I moved to McMurray in 1999, I was looking for a new dentist for myself and my daughter. We really chose a practice that we felt comfortable going to, working with and exploring dental options. I replaced crowns and WOW! what a difference in the appearance of my teeth/smile!! Dr. Robert Bartusiak and his staff over the years have met our needs with their expertise in cosmetic dentistry and overall oral health. We have referred children, young adults and seniors we know to Dr. Bartusiak because he is quite simply, the best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robert Bartusiak for 24 years. Before this, going to the dentist was a nerve-racking experience for me. Dr. Bob and his office staff have earned my complete trust. Now I am so comfortable I almost nod off. One of the reasons I trust Dr. Bob is his skill as a dentist and attention to detail. I want a perfectionist when it comes to my dental health. Dr. Bob also clearly communicates the situation and explains the options so I know exactly what needs to be done. The office staff and Dr. Bob clearly care about their patients. They ask about my life and family, who are also patients here.
I've been coming to see Dr. Bartusiak for quite a few years. I have received the best dental care here and would recommend him to anyone looking for such care. Due to insurance coverage one year, I had to change dentists :-( Well as soon as my insurance switched back I did not hesitate to come back to Doc B. If you are nervous or scared of the dentist, he does everything in his power to quelch those fears. I recently had to have an emergency situation taken care of and even with a packed schedule he got me in and took care of it. I felt no pain and he knew what he was doing! Picking a dentist when I moved to Pennsylvania was very difficult for me. For the first year I'd return to Connecticut to visit my dentist. But after the third trip I had enough and decided it was time to find someone local.
So I did what anyone would (or at least should) do - I made up a questionnaire and mailed it to about 25 dentists. When six of the dentists had replied I made copies and forwarded them to my Connecticut dentist to review. Between us we came up with two names. So I interviewed them and chose Dr. Robert Bartusiak. This was 18 years ago. It was one of the best choices I ever made. My dental work is what I would describe as high-maintenance and "Dr. Bob" - as his staff calls him - has handled it superbly. He not only has a great "chairside manner" but when I ask questions - and I ask many - he takes the time to answer them and he answers them well. He has the personality, the knowledge and the hands. And the staff is wonderful.
Over the years I have recommended Dr. Bob to several people. Almost to the person they have thanked me, multiple times, for setting them up with Dr. Bob. I could not give a stronger recommendation to a medical professional than I can to Dr. Robert A. Bartusiak.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bob's since 2005. Since beginning my time at this office I have gotten married and moved to the North Hills. I trust my care at this office and really love the family atmosphere every time I walk in the door - and so I do the 45 minute drive to come here! Dr. Bartusiak and his staff are always pleasant, considerate, friendly and professional. With all my dental work, Dr. Bob's kind and gentle treatment has prevented any painful aftermath. I have been very satisfied with the quality of his dentistry. Although no one wants to go to the dentist, Dr. Bob and his excellent staff make the experience as positive as possible.
I had continuous neck pain, headaches, and jaw pain for a very long time assuming it was from TMJ and it was something I just had to deal with daily. After seeing Dr. Bartusiak when I cracked a tooth, he had come to the conclusion it was from me grinding my teeth at night which I didn't even know I did. He made a mouth guard for me to see if it would help.
After using the mouth guard for two weeks, I saw all of the severe grind marks I put on the guard... I knew my pain and cracked tooth was the result of grinding my teeth.
I can’t tell you how much the mouth guard has helped me! I feel like a new person in the mornings – pain and headache free! Not to mention his staff is fantastic – such wonderful folks! I would recommend everyone I know to see Dr. Bartusiak and his staff!
Dr. Bartusiak is a good, caring dentist. His staff is kind and efficient and they always make you feel comfortable. I had become lax in my dental routines.
