Dr. Robert A. Bartusiak believes a smile can be maintained for a lifetime through the use of conservative, preventive dental techniques. The many technological advancements in dentistry can afford people of every age beautiful, healthy teeth.
Dr. Bartusiak graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences from the University of Pittsburgh in 1979. Following graduation from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1983, he completed a residency in advanced general dentistry in 1984 at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida. He practiced family dentistry in South Florida prior to returning to the community and opening his McMurray office in 1986.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and is a member of a local dental study club. Dr. Bartusiak has repeatedly been named as one of Pittsburgh's "Top Dentists" in Pittsburgh Magazine. He attends continuing education courses annually, allowing him to stay informed of the newest and most advanced dental techniques. Dr. Bartusiak is also involved in mission work, visiting the Dominican Republic to provide impoverished villagers with the dental care they so desperately need. He is married with two daughters and resides in Upper St. Clair.
